In the frame of IVC-19 / ICN+T 2013 and partner conferences, a large exhibition is organised during the heart of the meeting, from 10 to 12 September 2013.
This exhibition is located close to the lecture halls with coffee breaks and a part of posters.
More than 100 companies will exhibit to present their products, services and the latest developments in the fields of vacuum, materials, coatings, nanosciences and surfaces.
This exhibition is freely opened to non-participant visitors.

You will register as an attendee and will pick up your entry badge on arrival at the Palais des Congrès.
With this badge, you will access to the exhibition halls, the industrial sessions and a part of the poster sessions. You will not be allowed to access to the lecture halls. If you want to assist to the conference, you must be registered as a regular participant (full conference or single day)
This Exhibition will provide your organisation with a great opportunity to present your products and services to high impact customers. The exhibition will be located next to the lecture halls and freely opened to non-participant visitors, thus maximising interaction with potential buyers. Events and poster sessions are scheduled in the exhibition hall to guarantee quality traffic throughout the meeting.

A provisional plan is proposed (subject to modification)
Exhibitors will be given the possibility to present their latest products and services by organising an industrial session. A 40 min time slot will be allotted for each industrial session, in parallel to the congress programme. The session room will be close to the exhibition hall. The industrial sessions will be announced in the final programme and on the congress website. All costs for speakers must be borne by the exhibitor. The content of the session is up to the exhibitor, in prior accordance with the congress organisers.
